New Restaurant Announces Grand Opening Date In Egg Harbor City
On Saint Louis Avenue in Egg Harbor City is the building known to many locals as the historic Roesch Hotel. Aside from the hotel, the building has been home to restaurants such as The Egg Harbor Festhaus & Biergarten, McKee's Irish Pub, and Giacomos in the last 40 years.
But 2024 will mark a new chapter in the history of the building with a new business opening its doors. The new establishment has been described as a "brand new neighborhood tavern" and the owners have a set date for the Grand Opening.
Almost a month after the initial announcement on social media, The Inn on St. Louis set their Grand Opening date. They will be open to the public starting Friday, August 16th at 4 pm.
Who Are The Proprietors Of This New Restaurant In Egg Harbor City?
General Manager Ryan Beebe tells me that the plan is for the first weekend, The Inn on Saint Louis will be open Friday to Sunday from 4 pm to 11 pm. After August 18th, the new establishment will be open every Thursday through Sunday 4 pm-11 pm.
Ryan Beebe has worked as a Bartender and Server in the South Jersey Restaurant Industry for the last decade. He is also the Lead Vocalist and Bass Player for the band Goalkeeper. Ryan brings his passion for the Restaurant Industry and Digital Media Expertise to The Inn on Saint Louis as the new establishment's General Manager.
The Restaurant's Proprietor is Ken Schaffer, a veteran of the Hospitality Industry. Schaffer has worked as an events DJ for decades and is the founder of Schaffer Sound DJs. He is well known in South Jersey for his work with the Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine. Ken has many years of experience working behind the scenes with different restaurants in South Jersey and brings his unique expertise to Egg Harbor City.
According to Ryan Beebe, they will announce the full menu in the days leading up to the Grand Opening and more details on the new restaurant can be found at The Inn on Saint Louis's Facebook and Instagram pages.
