Sixers Add Frontcourt Depth by Signing Fan-Favorite Center Tacko Fall

The Philadelphia Sixers are adding more size.

Tacko Fall Joins Philadelphia 76ers Training Camp

The team announced they have signed former Boston Celtics center Tacko Fall to an Exhibit 10 deal.

An Exhibit 10 contract is a non-guaranteed deal. Teams can enter training camp with up to 20 players on the roster. That number must be cut down to 15, with two additional spots allowed via two-way contracts.

Fall went undrafted in 2019 after playing for four seasons at the University of Central Florida, where he was named the AAC Defensive Player of the Year in 2017.

Thomas played last season for the Sixers' G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats, where he averaged 12.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game.

Nelson Jr. is the son of Sixers Assistant GM Jameer Nelson and played last season with the G League's Stockton Kings and spent his college career with three different schools: George Washington, Delaware, and TCU.
