Flyers vs. Canucks Preview: One More at Home for the Holidays
After four games on the road, another prolonged stretch of road games is on the horizon for the Flyers. Of course, part of that will be separated by the holiday break, which will be from Dec. 24 through 26 for the entire NHL.
Before then, the Flyers have two games left, including the final game on home ice in 2025. The Flyers will take on the Vancouver Canucks on Monday night to close the 2025 slate of games.
Game time is at 7:30 p.m.
Trevor Zegras continued his incredible stretch with a goal on Saturday, extending his points streak to seven games. He has points in 11 of the last 12 games, with eight goals and six assists in that time.
Kiefer Sherwood has been a huge source of offense for the Canucks this season. His 16 goals on the season are already three shy of his career high.
Dan Vladar gets the start for the Flyers. Vladar returns after missing Saturday's game. He made 21 saves on 22 shots in a win over Montreal in his last start on Tuesday.
Thatcher Demko gets the start for the Canucks. Demko made 23 saves on 24 shots in a win over the Islanders on Friday in his last start. He is on a personal three-game winning streak.
