We had to wait an extra day for the Philadelphia Phillies home opener, but today is the today and here is their first lineup for the game against the Cincinnati Reds at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies will be without Darick Hall, so Kody Clemens will be over at first base today hitting in the No. 8 spot. The team placed Hall on the 10-day injured list, retroactive to April 6, with a right thumb sprain suffered in Wednesday loss to the Yankees.

Jake Cave is in left field with Kyle Schwarber hitting in the no. 2 spot in the order as the DH. Also Brandon Marsh has returned to the Phillies' lineup after missing a game with an ankle injury, he is hitting No. 9.

Zack Wheeler makes his second start of the 2023 season after giving up five runs -- four earned -- in 4 1/3 innings in a loss to the Rangers on Saturday.
