High School football is two weeks away in New Jersey and the 18 Cape-Atlantic League schools in the West Jersey Football League are ready to go.

If everything works out, it will be a different season. There will be no division championships in the WJFL and less fans – in one case there will be no fans inside the stadium. One team will be playing all of its games on the road because of a turf problem and another has no home field and will play on the field of another CAL school.

There will be either five or six games in the regular season, ending the weekend of Nov. 6-7. The next two weekends will be devoted to NJSIAA games, though current plans call for no championships to be determined in the series of four-team tournaments those weekends. Five games are currently scheduled to be played Thanksgiving week.

Below is a chart that shows the starting time of home games for each CAL school and how each school plans on handling fans. Almost half of the schools have not yet finalized their ticket plans.
