Miles Austin's time with the Eagles has come to an end.

According to a report, the Eagles have done what many fans have asked Chip Kelly to do the last several weeks: cut Miles Austin.

Austin, 31, was deactivated on Sunday against the New England Patriots in favor of Johnathan Krause who was recently signed off the team's practice squad. Krause was teammates with Jordan Matthews when the two played together at Vanderbilt.

It was a questionable signing to begin with Austin, not being a productive wide receiver in the NFL since his time with the Cowboys. The Eagles also cut Philadelphia native and preseason standout Rasheed Bailey in favor for keeping Austin.

Austin finishes his Eagles career with 13 receptions for 224 yards and 1 touchdown.
