ESPN NFL analyst Cris Carter once famously said it's important to have a fall guy.

That's exactly what could be happening with LeSean McCoy.

According to a report, McCoy will not be charged in a nightclub brawl that left under cover police officers with serious injuries on Super Bowl Sunday.

Also in the report, Vic Carucci claims that it's possible someone with McCoy that night will be charged.

That would be the fall guy that Carter famously told rookies at a 2014 NFL Rookie Symposium.

The district attorney's office in Philadelphia have been dragging their feet in this case and have remained unsure about charges against the former Eagles running back.

Also with McCoy that night was former NFL running back Curtis Brinkley.
