According to ESPN's Dianna Marie Russini Eagles No. 3 QB Matt Barkley remains on the trade block and is available “for the right deal.”

Barkley is currently locked into a battle for the No. 3 quarterback spot with Tim Tebow, both should get an extended look tonight vs the Ravens. With Sam Bradford, Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow all competing for a roster spot, someone will be the odd man out when the 53-man roster takes shape.

Barkley threw for up 192 yards, completing 12-of-20 passes in Philly's exhibition opener vs. the Colts.

While some people thought Barkley outplayed Tebow in the opener, per an earlier Russini report, Kelly has been most impressed by Tebow's running, and believes he could be valuable in short-yardage situations.
