The Magic have reportedly reached a deal in principle to bring on Wildwood High graduate Frank Vogel as their next head coach.

Vogel's Pacers produced a regular-season record of 250-181 over six seasons, and he coached the team to the playoffs in five of his six seasons there, now he gets to work with a young Magic team that could be on the verge of a playoff berth.

The Wildwood high grade was also being pursued by the Knicks, Grizzlies and Rockets, but was most intrigued with the Orlando job where he'll get to work with guys like Nikola Vucevic, Victor Oladipo, Aaron Gordon and Mario Hezonja while coaching a Magic team that hasn't been to the playoffs since the 2011-2012 season.

The Pacers decided not to bring back Vogel as the team's head coach back on May 5th.
