Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator – Albany, NY
Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. is seeking a well-qualified and highly motivated Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to join our dynamic safety team overseeing ET&D Overhead Lines and Matting Services in the New England area. This position will report primarily to the New England EHS Manager and will be assigned to projects in the Eastern and Central New York Regions.
As an EHS Coordinator, you will perform multiple functions and duties in support of the Riggs Distler & Company EHS Program and the company's desire to be a best-in-class provider of utility construction services. This position works directly with operations management and the line crews within their assigned area(s).
Project Manager – Transmission Utility – Rocky Hill, CT & Cherry Hill, NJ
Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented project manager for our Transmission Utility Group.
Responsible for the management of multiple electrical utility transmission and distribution construction projects. You’ll work closely with the Customer to complete ground-up projects of varying size and scope. You’ll direct Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and craft personnel to promote and ensure safe work practice and conditions. Projects will vary from less than $1M to $25M.
Project Manager - Electrical Overhead Distribution – Cherry Hill, NJ
Riggs Distler & Company, Inc. is seeking a well-qualified and highly motivated Project Manager to support our Electrical Overhead Distribution Group.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of multiple electrical utility distribution projects of varying scope and size, typically less than $5 Million. You will work closely with customers to successfully complete ground-up projects and will direct assistant project managers, superintendents and union craft personnel to promote and ensure safe work practices and conditions.
Estimator – Heavy Civil – Wayne, PA
Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Estimator.
As an Estimator, you are responsible for assembling timely, accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals for various projects within the Heavy Civil Business Unit. You will develop and maintain good relationships with clients, subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project success and advance company objectives. The position is located in Wayne, PA and will require routine local travel for pre-bid and site visits.
Project Manager – Heavy Civil – Cherry Hill, NJ
Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented project manager.
Responsible for managing the project’s field operations including means and methods of heavy civil construction projects including underground utility, water, sewer and drainage, earthwork, concrete structures and foundation work in Industrial, Commercial and Public Works Projects utilizing Union workforces.
Will be responsible for accurate record keeping including negotiating change orders, invoicing, craft and site administrative personnel’s time. Projects will vary from less than $1M to $10M and may involve multiple, concurrent projects.
These positions will report to either in our Wayne, Pa. or Cherry Hill, NJ offices but will be 80% job-site based (Job Site Trailer) in various locations in New Jersey (statewide) or Eastern Pennsylvania.

Estimating Manager – Heavy Industrial Construction – Cherry Hill, NJ
Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Estimating Manager for Heavy Industrial Construction to support our Heavy Industrial and Utility Business Units.
As an Estimating Manager, you are responsible for the coordination and oversite of the entire estimating and proposal process. You will coordinate estimating, ensure standardization of proposals and compliance to proposal details, manage pre-qualifications and maintain bid log details. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, business unit leaders and employees throughout the organization.

Responsible for the quality control inspections of multiple electrical utility transmission and distribution construction projects. Your field inspections will help us ensure that ground-up projects of varying size and scope are built to our customer’s construction standards and contract requirements. You will work closely with other members within the Riggs Distler Quality Environmental Health & Safety (QEHS) Department to ensure quality is delivered within a safe work environment.

Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a disciplined, reliable, and highly motivated Field Diesel Mechanic based out of Portland, ME.
As a Field Diesel Mechanic, you are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining heavy-duty utility line trucks, including truck-mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks and cranes.
Project Manager – Underground Gas Utility – Upper Darby, PA
Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager to support our Underground Gas Utility Group.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of multiple gas utility projects. You will work closely with our customers to complete ground-up projects varying in size from $1 Million to $15 M. Riggs Distler & Co., Inc. is seeking a disciplined, reliable, and highly motivated Class A CDL Driver for our Cherry Hill, NJ location
As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for the transportation of heavy equipment and materials to our job sites. You must have the ability to haul various types of beds, such as: lowboy, flatbed, semi-trailer or trailer and knowledge of securing heavy loads. 90% travel – most routes are local and are home nightly.
