Back in January, we told you that Santucci's Original Square Pizza would be opening in Rio Grande.  The new pizza shop is taking over the spot that was previously Bruni's Pizza at 1613 Route 47 in the Joe Canal's Plaza.

What’s on the Menu at Santucci’s Rio Grande?

Santucci's is famous for their square pizzas, but also offers a variety of delicious sandwiches, flatbreads, strombolis, and classic wing choices.

Here is a look at the menu for the Rio Grande location.

Expanding the Santucci’s Footprint in New Jersey

The new Santucci's will be the eighth spot in New Jersey, joining their previous locations in Brigantine, Cherry Hill, Deptford, Haddonfield, Ventnor, Washington Township, and Wildwood. I have been to the Ventnor location at 6413 Ventnor Avenue a few times, which is now a takeout spot, but I have always enjoyed the pizza. The new location had a soft opening on Tuesday of last week and had a full ribbon cutting and grand opening on Friday, and is now open to the public, just in time for the upcoming busy summer season.

Delivery, B.Y.O.B, and Year-Round Service

This new location joins their Wildwood location in Cape May County and will serve both the Lower and Middle township areas. Both Rio Grande and Wildwood (402 E. 26th Avenue) are B.Y.O.B's, offer delivery service, and are open year-round.

Remember These Places That Use To Be In Sea Isle City, New Jersey

Thanks in part to the Ash Wednesday Storm of 1962 and Hurricane Sandy in 2012, Sea Isle City has seen many changes over the years. Whether you grew up in South Jersey or vacationed multiple summers in Sea Isle City, you may remember some of these buildings and businesses that no longer exist. Which ones below do you remember most? (Special Thank you to the Sea Isle Historical Museum for helping me get these pictures and information)
