Sixers D-League Affiliate Wears Special Star Wars Uniforms

The Sixers NBA D-League affiliate, the Delaware 87ers, wore special themed uniforms for Star Wars night on Friday night when they hosted Star Wars Night against the Erie BayHawks.

The jerseys, as worn by former Temple star guard Dionte Christmas, will be auctioned off to fans to benefit Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children.

The Sevens wore special R2-D2 jerseys, Jedi Master Yoda served as public address announcer, and fans received a Darth Vader commemorative poster on their way in, plus Star Wars characters will filled the arena.
