Happy Birthday Charles Barkley

Today is the 50th birthday of former Sixers great Charles Barkley. Mike Gill and Todd Ranck discuss Barley's career as a 76er and the trade that sent him to Phoenix which crippled the franchise for years.

CSN Philly Sixers pre and post game analyst called in for his weekly spot on Wednesdays. Jackson said that he doesn't not believe the Sixers are a playoff team with they way they are playing right now, but he leaves room for the Sixers to make a run towards the 8th playoff spot. CSN Philadelphia host Neil Hartman called in to promote the special airing tonight on CSN Philly entitled "Barkley at 50." Hartman sat down with Barkley and his former coach Jim Lynam to reminisce his days in Philadelphia. Hartman said there are Barkley moments in there as well as some serious moments. Joyner said long term Kelly wants a QB with a skill set thats not currently on the roster, but right now Vick is a better fit for the system over Nick Foles.
