With 27 saves, Martin Jones made it a seventh career win for himself in Vancouver, as the Flyers picked up another victory on the road trip, defeating the Canucks, 2-1.

The Vancouver Canucks come in with a modest 3-3-1 record in the first seven games of their season, including the 5-4 shootout victory in Philadelphia on Oct. 15. The Flyers will be looking for a different result as they look to build on Wednesday's win.

Saturday's game in Boston further exposed the Flyers flaws. The Bruins struck for the first goal of the game in the first and out-shot the Flyers, 10-4, in the opening period. A late second-period goal put the Bruins up by two, then everything unraveled again, as the Flyers were routed for the second time this week, losing 6-1.

Two nights after letting a two-goal lead slip away in the third and falling in a shootout, the Flyers take on the Boston Bruins again on Saturday night at 7 p.m.

The Flyers face the Montreal Canadiens in the first round, and there’s certainly plenty of storylines to look at in this series. Here are five to watch for.
