Tickets for the South Jersey Group IV championship football game between top-seeded Millville and second-seeded Ocean City can be purchased ahead of time.

The game will be Friday night, 6 p.m. at Wheaton Field, home of the Thunderbolts.

This will is a highly anticipated game, between two former Cape-Atlantic League schools, so tickets will go fast.

The two teams met last season, with Ocean City coming out with a 36-16 win at Carey Stadium.

Both teams have explosive offenses with Millville the top scoring team in the area, averaging 44.8 points per game with Nate Robbins, the only quarterback in MIllville history to throw for over 2,000 yards in a season and has 21 passing touchdowns.  Running back LaQuint Allen is the leagues top running back with 17 touchdowns and over 1,500 yards rushing. Millville is also loaded at wide receiver with freshman Lotizer Brooks leading the way, averaging over 28 yards per catch.

Ocean City scoring the fourth most 32.7 per contest, scoring a South Jersey best 31 rushing touchdowns. Quarterback Riley Gunnels has 14 passing touchdowns and Sean Mazzitelli and Jacob Wilson form a one-two punch in the backfield.

The two teams are also two of the best defenses in South Jersey, Ocean City's defense is No. 1 overall, posting five shutouts, giving up just 4.2 points per game. Millville is fifth best giving up 14.9 points per game.

Ocean City has another weapon, kicker Brandon McGonigle, who broke the record for most career points by a kicker from a Cape-Atlantic League school and broke the school record record for most field goals in a career.

Millville leads the series between the two schools, 28-24-2.
