The NJSIAA state baseball playoffs continue with two of the top programs in South Jersey meeting up in a Quarterfinal Round, South Jersey, Group 3 game as the Ocean City Red Raiders (18-7) face the Delsea Crusaders (23-3).

Pitching matchup for Ocean City vs Delsea

On the mound, Ocean City will go with junior Travis Large, who has 51 strikeouts in 34.1 innings pitched this season and has an ERA of 2.24. At the plate, Ocean City is led by Colin Thompson (.367), Matt Pashley (.358) and Evan Taylor (.338).

Delsea will counter with senior right-hander George Starr, who has a 1.41 ERA and 46 strikeouts in 39.2 inning pitched this season for the Crusaders. Offensively, Zach Maxwell (.427), Austin Buchanan (.405) and Frankie Master (.394) lead Delsea.
