Jimmy Kempski

On here for Kempski's Corner. He talks with Mike Gill and Matt Segal about Mark Sanchez now being your starting QB for the foreseeable future and where that leaves Nick Foles in all of this. Sanchez did what he needed to do against the Texans to win the game on Sunday, but can he do that for the next 6-8 weeks as the starter? Kempski says that Foles hasn't played well and that's really the bottom line. The likelihood is high that the team will stick with Sanchez unless his level of play is what Foles level was. The Eagles need to figure out whether or not Foles will be their guy in 2015 and moving forward with a contract extension.

A member of the NFL Insiders group, Adam Caplan, called in to talk about the state of the Eagles. For the past few weeks, Caplan has been putting it out there that Mark Sanchez was going to play whether it was for injury or not. The Eagles internally were unbelievably happy how good Mark Sanchez looked in the preseason. Caplan also talks about the loss of DeMeco Ryans and how that will impact the defense. Todd Herremans is also a possibility to have season ending surgery.
