The Sixers were supposed to be fighting for the worst record in the NBA this season.

They were supposed to be rewarded for their futility with the No. 1 overall pick for Kansas freshman Andrew Wiggins.

Although they weren't counting on the fast start of rookie point guard Michael-Carter-Williams.

MCW joined Scott Van Pelt and Ryen Russillo this week to talk about the fast start and first game jitters against the likes of LeBron James and Derrick Rose.

"We're playing like we have nothing to lose," MCW told SVP and Russillo.

The Sixers were off to a 3-0 start beating the Heat and the Bulls, but have since dropped two straight games.

MCW also talks about Nerlens Noel, a player whom the Sixers acquired on draft night in exchange for Jrue Holiday.

The rookie point guard and Noel know each other from their AAU days and are looking forward to building something in the city of brotherly love.
