Leading all Phillies prospects is Howard, who comes in at No. 28.

Howard, 24, went 1-2 with a 5.66 ERA, 1.74 WHIP, in his first five major league starts covering 20 2/3 innings. He is likely to be part of the Phillies opening day rotation this season, but needs to stay healthy.  His season ended with shoulder stiffness.

Stott played 48 games between rookie ball and Short-A WIlliamsport in 2019 after being selected 14th overall in the 2019 MLB Draft. In 166 at-bats, Stott hit .295, six home runs , 27 RBIs and 30 runs scored.

He comes in at No. 82 on the list.

Finally, Abel was selected with the 15th pick of the 2020 draft out of Jesuit high school in Oregon.  The 19-year old is a 6-foot-5 right-hander who has a mid 90s fastball, a slider and a change-up.

Abel was No. 84 on the list.
