On Friday, March 14, the Phillies and Pittsburgh Pirates organizations will meet in Clearwater, Florida.  It will not be for a regular Spring Training matchup - the Phillies and New York Yankees will play later that night in Tampa - but a matchup of prospects in the "Spring Breakout" series from MLB.
