Sixers point guard Ben Simmons injured his shoulder in the first quarter of tonight's game in Utah and will not return.

With about 8-minutes left in the first quarter, Simmons reached for his shoulder area, before leaving the game and heading to the locker room.

He left the game with two points, one rebound and one assists in 10 minutes.

Simmons entered Wednesday’s game averaging 15.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 7.7 assists and 3.3 steals per game.
