Breeze Airways New Jersey Flights: Airline is Adding Trenton

Breeze Airways just announced that it would be adding more flights from Atlantic City, adding Vero Beach as a new destination starting nonstop on Mondays and Fridays on October 2.

The airline announced it would be adding more destinations from ACY with the recent demise of Spirit Airlines.

"We are incredibly pleased with the response we've seen from the community in Atlantic City, Breeze Chief Commercial Officer Lukas Johnson said. "It's rare for us to announce so many new routes before ever beginning service, but in this case, the demand for Breeze's high-value, low-cost service was clear from the start."

However, that's not all Breeze is adding in New Jersey; the new airline announced it would be adding flights from the Trenton-Mercer Airport starting on September 20, 2026. Breeze will be flying from Trenton-Mercer to Charleston International Airport on Thursday and Sundays with one-way tickets starting as low as $59.

New Flight Schedules & Destinations From Trenton

Sept 20: Fort Lauderdale (BreezeThru option) on Thursdays and Sundays
Sept 30: Vero Beach on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Jan 8: Fort Myers nonstop flights will be on Mondays and Fridays

This will be the third carrier from Trenton-Mercer Airport, with Frontier and Allegiant airlines also as options.

Like Atlantic City, Trenton-Mercer is a smaller airport that gives South Jersey travelers another option when looking to get away, giving South Jersey a second stress-free alternative to driving to Philly, Newark, or New York.

Trenton-Mercer Airport is about a 1-hour and 45-minute drive from Atlantic City Airport.
