About two months ago, Chimney Rustic Ales in Hammonton announced they would be closing their Hammonton location and opening a new location in Philadelphia.

Chimney Rustic Ales Closing Hammonton Location June 14

On Wednesday, the brewery announced when they would be closing the Hammonton location, announcing that Saturday, June 14, would be their final day open.

Hey Guys! Last day in Hammonton is going to be June 14th! We don't really know how long it will take us to get the new place in Philly up and running so you should come help us kick some kegs in the meantime and say goodbye to the place where it all started. See ya there!

The brewery, located at 15 Horton Street in Hammonton, will be closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but you still have the rest of this week and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of next week to check them out before they migrate over the bridge.

They made the announcement on their social media platforms.

I have been to Chimney Rustic a few times and usually will go with their Ironworks IPA.  Chimney was a cool little brewery with a small tasting area and had an outside area during the warmer months.

Remaining Hammonton Breweries

With Chimney leaving Hammonton, that leaves 3 Three's and Snouts and Stouts still in town. Both spots have some solid options, but as a fan of the local breweries, it's sad to see Chomney leaving the area, but I certainly wish them well in the new Philadelphia location.
