What Delivery Service Makes New Jersey Most Anxious During The Holidays?
In the 21st century, one of the staples of the holiday season is shipping packages for gift-giving. Numerous people shop online thanks to the annual Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales in November and December.
Some experts project over $240 Billion will be spent this holiday season. With so much money being spent, there will be some anxiety for shoppers wondering how soon the gifts will be delivered.
This is why the Researchers from Bitcoin Postage surveyed thousands of Americans in each state to learn more about how impatient or anxious people are feeling while waiting for their online orders to arrive this holiday season.
What Did Their Research Reveal About New Jersey Residents
Overall, the Bitcoin Postage Research Team found that 20 percent of Americans admit to checking the status of their holiday deliveries six or more times per day. Also, over 60 percent of Americans distrust the United States Postal Service the most to deliver their holiday packages.
New Jersey is one of 30 states where residents are most anxious when the US Postal Service is delivering their packages. 35 percent of NJ Residents distrust USPS for holiday deliveries the most.
But New Jersey is anxious about other delivery services too. 25% of NJ residents distrust UPS (compared to 18.8% of Americans) while 23% of New Jersey is anxious when DHL is delivering their holiday packages (compared to 25 percent of Americans).
Even though 26.8% percent of Americans distrust FedEx, 81% of New Jersey view FedEx as reliable. What is interesting is that 70% of NJ residents view Amazon as "reliable" while over 80 percent of Americans are not anxious about ordering from Amazon.
Overall, New Jersey is 10th least anxious about the shipping of their holiday packages in the United States.
