The Philadelphia Eagles have made a trade to acquire another cornerback from the Jacksonville Jaguars, adding former fourth-round pick Josiah Scott in exchange for cornerback Jameson Houston and a 2023 sixth-round.

Scott (5'9/185) is a nickle corner, who played six total games for the Jaguars in 2020, making 11 tackles in 80 defensive snap. Meanwhile, Houston played appeared in three games for the Eagles in 2020 playing a total of 17 snaps.

Expect Scott to compete for the starting slot corner position with a very young inexperienced group of corner for the Eagles, who are still in need of a starting outside corner opposite Darius Slay.
