Eagles Defense Face Fresh Injury Blow Ahead of Panthers Matchup
The Philadelphia Eagles have been decimated by injuries on the offensive side of the ball this season, but now a key defensive player looks set to miss time.
Jalyx Hunt Unlikely to Play Following Fumble Injury

Hunt went down on the final play of the first half trying to recover a fumble, but it looks like he will miss some time.
Jonathan Greenard Injury Status and Potential Return
While Hunt will be out, there is a possibility that Jonathan Greenard could be back after missing Sunday's game in London with an ankle injury.
"Hopefully he'll be ready to go this week, but we got to see," Fangio said on Tuesday.
Linebacker Rotation: Jeremiah Trotter Jr. Set for Expanded Role
One other change we may see on the Eagles' defense is more of Jeremiah Trotter Jr., who may start to split more time with Jihaad Campbell.
"Yeah, we were going to play Trotter some," Fangio admitted.
Vic Fangio Refutes Broadcast Claims Regarding Trotter's Start
While the broadcast suggested that Trotter was going to start the game on Sunday, Fangio said that was not accurate.
"That is an out-and-out lie," Fangio stated. "Never said that."
Fangio said he thought Trotter played well in his start against the Rams when Zach Baun was out.
"I just think he deserves playing time," Fangio explained.
