Philadelphia Eagles standouts Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith didn’t practice Wednesday, leaving their availability for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers in doubt.

Offense in Limbo: Barkley and DeVonta Smith Miss Practice

Both players missed games with hamstring issues and could miss another game this week, which has led to some rough offensive games over the past two weeks for Philadelphia's offense.

Nick Sirianni Addresses Play-Calling Without Key Playmakers

Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni was asked about how missing those two key players affects what they are able to call during the game and how the offense is run.

"We have to call what our players do the best, and we've got to call what also you attack the defense with, regardless of who's there," Sirianni explained on Wednesday. Our job is to find ways to win regardless, and that's what we're working on doing. That what we're trying to do. Obviously, at this point, we've lost more than we've won, so we haven't done a good enough job."

Meanwhile, edge rusher Jalyx Hunt, safety Michael Carter, center Drew Kendall and running back Will Shipley all missed practice on Wednesday.

Offensive Line Dynamics & Landon Dickerson's Potential Return

The limited list was long as well, but one key name was on that list, Landon Dickerson, who has missed the past four games with a knee injury.

Sirianni was asked if he would be back at left guard if he was healthy enough to play.

"We have so much time to be able to discuss those things, but Landon's a hell of a player, and he's been a hell of a player for us," Sirianni said. "You've got to see where you are at that particular time."

Willie Lampkin started at left guard last week after Cam Jurgens was traded to Baltimore. Jurgens started three games at left guard after opening the season at center.
