The Eagles activated wide receiver Mike Wallace from the injured-reserve list.  He has missed most most of the season with a broken leg, suffered in Week 2.

Wallace will practice this week, but might not be ready to play in the game on Sunday against Washington.  He could be ready to contribute in the playoffs, if the Eagles are to qualify.

"Mike Wallace is getting better, too," Pederson said on Monday. "I will tell that you Mike will entertain some more individual reps, Wednesday, Thursday, and see where he's at moving forward."

Until recently,  the Eagles offense has lacked Wallace's downfield playmaking ability, but have started to be more consistent offense the past two weeks with Nick Foles under center.

Adding Wallace could give the Eagles offense a big-play, vertical threat. In two games, Wallace has yet to catch a ball for the Eagles.

To make room on the roster, the Eagles released a pair of cornerbacks,  DeVante Bausby and Chandon Sullivan.
