Eagles and Phillies have Philly Fans excited this Weekend

What a great time to be a Philly sports fan with the Phillies tied one game apiece with the Atlanta Braves ahead of Game Three in Philadelphia on Friday afternoon and Aaron Nola on the mound to start the two-game homestand.  You can hear Phillies-Braves Games three and four on 97.3 FM ESPN South Jersey and on the 973 ESPN App!  The Phillies are returning to Citizens Bank Park after their 10 game road trip to end the regular season and then another week plus on the road to start the MLB Playoffs.  I expect the Phillies' Fans at will be in a frenzy when their team takes the field this weekend!

If the Phillies in the playoffs for the first time in 11 years isn’t enough for Philadelphia sports fans, the Eagles take on their division rivals, the Dallas Cowboys, at Lincoln Financial Field in front of a national audience on Sunday Night Football!  The Eagles are the only undefeated team left in the NFL but the Cowboys bring in one of the best defenses in the league.  The reigning NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year is Micah Parsons and he is one of the leaders of the Dallas Defense that is allowing just leads one of the stingiest defenses in the league by allowing just 14.4 Points Per Game and no team has scored more than 19 against them!  The Locker Room with Billy Schweim gets things started on Sunday morning as we will be broadcasting Live from The Pool at Harrahs in Atlantic City for the NFL Sunday Splash.  On top of all of that, local fans are looking forward to a top ten college football matchup between the Penn State Nittany Lions and the Michigan Wolverines on Saturday at Noon Kickoff.
