Journey After the Super Bowl Run
A 2019 sixth-round pick by Minnesota, he signed with the Vegas Raiders after the 2022 season and was a team captain, starting 17 games during the 2023 season. He played in three games last season before tearing his ACL.
Before this season, he signed a one-year, $4.4 million contract with the New England Patriots, but asked to be released by the team.
Impact on Current Eagles Secondary
He adds more depth to a position that still has questions, with second-round pick Andrew Makuba and Sydney Brown battling for time alongside Reed Blankenship.
The team waived Tristin McCollum, who played in 14 games last season, making 33 tackles with two pass breakups. Overall, in two seasons, he has appeared in 17 games for Philadelphia, starting two.
