The NFL's new league year is here.  Starting this week, NFL free agents can begin signing with new teams or returning to their teams, and some reports are already happening.

The league’s “legal tampering” period of free agency opened Monday at noon, with teams allowed to negotiate with other free agents. The official start period of free agency, when those teams and players can actually put pen to paper on contracts, is set for 4 p.m. Wednesday.

We’re keeping track of who’s coming and who’s leaving Philadelphia. Follow along with the tracker throughout the offseason.
