The line entered the year already without starters Andre Dillard and Brandon Brooks and now will be without Peters at left tackle.

Its been an odd week for the 38-year old, who was listed on the injury report with an illness on Wednesday and Thursday, than on Friday he felt discomfort and was on the injury report with a toe injury.

Peters was initially re-signed to take over at right guard for Brandon Brooks, who is out for the season with a torn Achilles'. Then Dillard went down and the Eagles moved Peters to left tackle, after paying him more money to make the move.  Matt Pryor is now playing right guard, meaning Jordan Mailata and rookie Jack Driscoll are candidates to start for Peters at left tackle.
