The Philadelphia Eagles have restructured left guard Isaac Seumalo's contract to help with the new $182.5 million salary cap this offseason, reports NFL Networks Ian Rapoport.

With the new deal, the Eagles will help create $2.408 million in cap space.

Reworking contract isn’t anything new for Howie Roseman, who has already restructured the deals of Darius Slay and Jason Kelce.

It has also been reported that the deal is working on restructuring the deals for veteran right tackle Lane Johnson and defensive end Brandon Graham.

Now what Philadelphia does remains unclear, but they still have work to do by Wednesday, when the new league year begins. They still have a significant amount of money to shed, but reworking Seumalo is another step to get there.
