Margate native A.J. Holland grew up rooting for his beloved Philadelphia Phillies. As an Atlantic Shore Babe Ruth baseball player, member of the Margate Green Wave and eventual Holy Spirit High School pitcher, he spent summers watching and emulating stars donned in red pinstripes.
