Many Eagles fans would not be sad if the team moved on from general manager Howie Roseman.

While Roseman isnt the most popular guy, he help build the Eagles into a Super Bowl winner. However the team has struggled this season, in part because of misses in recent drafts.

With Roseman running things, the team has major cap restrictions moving forward and fans have been calling for change.

According to reports, former Chiefs and Browns general manager John Dorsey was brought on as a consultant a few months ago.

Dorsey left both teams in better position than they were in when he got to those respective organizations.

"His ability to spot talent has been impeccable," said Mike Garofolo of the NFL Network.

With Joe Douglas and Andrew Berry both gone, the Eagles turned to Dorsey looking to strengthen their talent evaluation department.

"I know he is thought of extremely highly inside that building," Garofolo stated.
