For only the fifth time in NHL history, there will be three game 7s taking place on this night.

Thanks to their effort on Tuesday night, the Philadelphia Flyers were able to force a Game 7 in Manhattan tonight for a chance to move on and face the Penguins next round.

The last time the Flyers played in a Game 7 was four years ago in an unforgettable, history making series against the Boston Bruins.

The Flyers were underdogs at the start of that series and continued to be underdogs as the team fell down 3 games to none in that series.

So naturally in that game 7, the Flyers fell down 3-0 in the first period.

And then Peter Laviolette called timeout.

After time was taken, the Flyers scored four unanswered goals to make history.

Now the Flyers went on to lose to the Blackhawks in the Stanley Cup Finals, but that was a special season.

In case you forgot of how it went down, let's refresh your memory to get you set for Flyers vs. Rangers Game 7.
