The Sixers won't have any NBA All-Stars, but they will be present at All-Star weekend in February.

The NBA announced the rosters for the BBVA Compass Rising Stars Challenge being held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and it features two young Sixers.

Sophomore guard Michael Carter-Williams and rookie center Nerlens Noel have been selected to play in the game which takes place on Friday February 13.

The game previously known as the "rookies vs. sophomores" that used to pit first year players against second year players based on conference affiliation, will have a different look this year.

The league will introduce a new format which pits 10 "rookie and sophomore" players from the United States against 10 "rookie and sophomore" players from the rest of the world.

The game will be televised on TNT from Brooklyn at 9 p.m. est on Friday.

The famed 3-point shootout and slam dunk contest will also take place in Brooklyn the next day beginning at 8:30 p.m.

The festivities will then move to Manhattan where Madison Square Garden will host the All-Star Game on TNT beginning at 8:30.
