Righty reliever Pat Neshek, 37, is set to begin a minor league rehab assignment Saturday with High-A Clearwater. Neshek was placed on the disabled list March 30  with a right shoulder strain and has yet to pitch all season.

If all goes well after throwing with the Threshers, he could join the Phillies' bullpen in around 7-10 days.

The veteran setup man signed a two-year, $16.25 million contract back in December after being traded by the Phillies to Colorado last season. The 2017 All-Star registered a 1.59 ERA in 62 1/3 innings last season between the Phillies and Rockies.
