A new restaurant featuring global flavors and local Soul has opened in Ventnor.

Culina Mundi has opened at 5217 Ventnor Avenue in Ventnor, in the spot next door to Sack O' Subs that used to be Mr Gordo's. Mr Gordo's closed after COVID, but it is opening a new spot in Somers Point.

The new Culina Mundi restaurant opened its doors for the first time on Friday, Sept 4.

What to Expect at Culina Mundi

The restaurant is inspired by destinations around the world, serving Mediterranean, Asian, Latin, European, and American cuisines. The new restaurant gives Absecon Island another great local option, especially for the residents of Ventnor.

From the Founder: 25 Years of Hospitality

Culina Mundi founder Adam Colon has spent 25 years in the hospitality business and said he can not wait to have you come in and serve you.

In addition to their beautiful indoor space, they have a great outdoor area to enjoy during the warmer months, including the local summer.

Menu Highlights & Global Flavors

Looking at their menu, I think the first time I check this place out, I'll try the Miso-Glazed Seabass with wasabi mashed potatoes.
