6-Pack of Picks

Guy Haberman

95.7 The Game host, Guy Haberman, called in to talk about and preview this Sunday's game at Levis Stadium. The 49ers are 1-2 and do not look like a championship caliber team and a lot of folks take the blame. It's mostly a John Harbaugh thing, according to Haberman. You can also point to the QB in Colin Kaepernick and his inability to complete the short, easy passes. Whether its a quick dump off or a screen pass, Kaep struggles with this. Haberman does like the 49ers to win the game, but likes the Eagles with the points.

Brett Brown

Sixers head coach Brett Brown on here to preview Sixers training camp which will be held at Stockton University next week. The Sixers season starts next month and again, it will seem to be a struggle this season. The roster is changed over with the recent trade of Thad Young to Minnesota. MCW is recovering from off season surgery so he won't be available, but Nerlens Noel will finally get on the court and hopefully have a nice rookie season. Joel Embiid not be available this year as he's still recovering from foot surgery.

Sal Pal

It's a Sal Pal Friday! Sal Pal is LIVE from Santa Clara for Eagles and 49ers on Sunday. Sal Pal said that the 49ers could look to exploit the Vernon Davis matchup and Frank Gore could be given an opportunity to run the ball more in the second half. Without Jason Kelce and Mychal Kendricks, it could spell big problems. The blitzes arent getting to the QB without Kendricks, while David Molk filling in for Kelce...he's just not the same player. Sal Pal also believes that Chip Kelly would take Kaep over Nick Foles at QB position to run this particular offense. Would you?
