Sal Pal

It's a Sal Pal Friday! ESPN NFL reporter Sal Pal joined Mike Gill and Matt Segal today to talk Eagles and Cardinals. Sal Pal knows that the Cardinals love to force turnovers and with Nick Foles turning the ball over at an accelerated rate, this could be something to watch. Sal Pal also updates on the status of a few injured Eagles and whether or not they will play on Sunday. Also on Chip Kelly and the possibility that he may field a call from the University of Florida and their head coach vacancy.

6-Pack of Picks

Derek Bodner

On for some Sixers talk here. The Sixers made a trade with the Nets sending Casper Ware in exchange for Marquise Teague and a future second round pick. What it means for MCW remains to be seen, but Teague has an option that needs to be picked up, or not, in the coming weeks. Bodner also talks about Nerlens Noel and how many games he expects him to be suited up for. Sixers begin their season next week.

Outside View

Josh Weinfuss, ESPN.com and their NFL Nation blog. Weinfuss said that this game does have some juice out west and that this Cardinals team is 5-1 for good reasons. Teams are running the ball against the Cardinals and once that fails, they start to throw the ball against the Cards. The secondary led by Patrick Peterson is tough in its own right. This is a better Cardinals team than the one that faced the Eagles last season.
