The Philadelphia Sixers got a bit healthier ahead of their home matchup against the Chicago Bulls, with Paul George and potentially Joel Embiid both set to return to the court on Wednesday night.

George has missed the previous 25 games after being suspended for violating the terms of the league’s anti-drug program.

Embiid has missed 13 straight games since injuring his oblique in a win over Miami on Feb. 26. Overall, the big man has missed 39 games this season, with his knee being the primary culprit and now this strained oblique.

Quintin Grimes Game-Time Decision Due to Illness

Quintin Grimes is also listed as questionable due to an illness that forced him to miss Monday's loss to Oklahoma City. The guard has appeared in 65 games this season and averaged 13.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists, shooting 32.9% from 3-point range.

Remaining Absences: Maxey and Oubre Jr. Still Sidelined

Tyrese Maxey (tendon injury in his right pinky finger) and Kelly Ourbrue Jr. (sprained LCL in his left elbow) remain out for their respective ailments.

Eastern Conference Standings: The Race to Avoid the Play-In

The Sixers are currently the No. 7 seed in the Eastern Conference, which has them in the play-in tournament. They currently sit one full game ahead of Orlando, Miami, and Charlotte in the East and one full game behind the Atlanta Hawks and a game and a half behind the Toronto Raptors for the No. 5 seed in the East.
