The Phillies will open the 2014 season in an American League ballpark against the Texas Rangers.

The opening series is followed by a rare, early trip to Chicago against the Cubs April 4-6th.

The Phillies will return to Philadelphia for their home opener against the Brewers April 7-10th.

The Phillies will have three separate west coast trips in 2014 including a late September trip to San Diego and to Oakland where they will conclude their interleague play September 19-21st.

In addition to the Athletics, the Phillies will play American League West teams during interleague play. The Phillies will host Seattle, Houston and Los Angeles, while traveling to Los Angeles, Texas and Oakland.

The Phillies will also play a home and away four game series against the Blue Jays in early May, something they have done in the past.

There will be no series against the Red Sox.

The Phillies will also team up with the Pirates again for their annual 'On Deck' series held at Citizens Bank Park March 28 and 29th.
