The Philadelphia Phillies offense continues to struggle during the early portion of the season.

The team made a shift to the lineup on Friday night, shifting Brandon Marsh to the No. 4 spot, dropping Alec Bohm to the No. 7 spot, but will likely have another new look starting on Monday at Citizens Bank Park when the Cubs come to town.

On Friday, the team stacked four left-handed bats in large part because Arizona does not have a left-hander in their bullpen, going with Kyle Schwarber, Bryce Harper,  Brandon Marsh, and Bryson Stott in spots two, three, four, and five.

“Just trying to take some heat off him,” Phillies manager Rob Thomson said about moving Bohm down in the order. However, dont expect to see Bohm back in the cleanup spot on Monday.
Thomson indicated on Saturday

The big question will be who hits fifth? Marsh hit No. 4 over the weekend, but seems like a candidate to move to the No. 5 spot with Stott dropping down in the order. Marsh hit a 3-run home run on Friday night in the No. 4 spot in the order.

A Monday lineup vs Chicago could look like this

1. Trea Turner
2. Kyle Schwarber
3. Bryce Harper
4. Adolis García
5. Brandon Marsh
6. Alec Bohm or JT Realmuto
7. Bryson Stott
8. JT Realmuto or Alec Bohm
9. Justin Crawford

The Phillies won't see a left-handed starter until Wednesday, when the Cubs will send Shota Imanaga to the mound.
