Nick Swisher has declined the Yankees' one-year, $13.3 million qualifying offer and Josh Hamilton has declined a one-year, $13.3 million qualifying offer from the Rangers.  Ken Rosenthal of FOXSports.com was told by agents and rival executives that the Phillies are one of the teams that could be a fit for Josh Hamilton.  Meanwhile, Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com says the Phillies are one of six teams that have their eye on Swisher.

Heyman is also reporting that the Phillies do have interest in former Phillie centerfielder Michael Bourn, who the team traded away in the Brad Lidge deal.  Another name the Phillies are linked to at this stage is third baseman Kevin Youkilis.

For more on the Phillies off-season, Mike Gill talked to ESPN.com senior baseball writer Jayson Stark on the Sports Bash.
