Popular Phillies Podcast Live in Ocean City NJ This Friday

Philadelphia Phillies fans were on full display this week with the Major League All-Star game in town.

All weekend long, fans got to check out the All-Star village, Monday's Home Run Derby and Tuesday's All-Star Game, celebrating the game of baseball.

Well, the Phillies return to the field on Thursday to open the unofficial start of the second half of the season, and on Friday a popular Phillies podcast will be in Ocean City to talk about the team.

The Phillies Show Takes Over Manco & Manco

The Phillies Show, which is hosted by Todd Zolecki of MLB.com, along with Jim Salisbury and Ruben Amaro Jr. of NBC Sports Philadelphia, will be on the Ocean City boardwalk at Ninth Street Manco and Manco on Friday, July 17, for the next episode of the show.

The trio has become one of the top Phillies podcasts in the area, and all three have been around the franchise for years.

Special Guests: Two Phillies Managing Legends

The show will begin at 11 a.m. with a pair of special guests scheduled to appear: former Phillies World Series manager Charlie Manuel and 1980 World Series shortstop Larry Bowa, who also managed the Phillies from 2001-2004.

Manuel and Bowa are two of the most popular figures in Philadelphia Phillies history and will be a huge draw for Phillies fans.
