The popular Pies on Nine South from Forked River will be opening a second location in Ocean County, just in time for the summer of 2026.

From Forked River to Barnegat: A New Chapter for Pies on Main

Pies on Main will open a second location in Barnegat at the former Luigi’s Pizzeria site at 580 N Main Street, offering pickup and delivery service to the Ocean County towns like Waretown, Barnegat, and Manahawkin areas.

The owners posted all of your favorites from the Nine South menu will be available at Main Street, plus more. They say the new spot will have a bigger display and more seating.

Renovations have started with the hope to be ready to go in five to six months, just in time for the busy summer season.

The History of Pies on Nine: From Beachwood to Barnegat

Pies on Main will be the third pizza shop for the husband and wife owners, Brandi and Ricke DiGiovanna, who first opened Pies on Nine at 658 Atlantic City Blvd in Beachwood back in 2017 and then Pies on Nine South in Forked River at 136 South Main Street.

At this time, they have a shop in Beachwood and Forked River, with the Barnegat spot set to become their third store.
