While the Philadelphia Phillies appear to have settled on their Spring Training roster and non-roster invitees, there is still one move I'd like to see the team consider making.

Philadelphia brought in left-handed hitting Max Kepler this offseason and said they anticipated him being their everyday left fielder this season. With that, it seems Brandon Marsh and Johan Rojas will share centerfield with Nick Castellanos in right.

However, Kepler has been injury prone and Brandon Marsh has been very disappointing against left-handed pitching, so maybe Dave Dombrowski needs to consider another right-handed platoon type of bat who can play the outfield - and there just happens to be one available.

Randal Grichuk.

Grichuk, 33,  is a free agent, who mashes left-handed pitching, poating a .914 OPS against lefties, slashing .319/.386/.528. He even held his own against righties with a.801 OPS and slashing .242/.274/.527.

Overall, he enjoyed a fine season in Arizona, slashing 291/.348/.528 with 12 homers and 46 RBI in just 279 plate appearances for the D-Backs.

He also seems to enjoy hitting at Citizens Bank Park, in 20 games in Philadelphia, Grichuk has six home runs and 11 RBI against the Phillies.

The website Spotrac.com estimates Grichuk would command a 2-year, $6,657,790 deal.

It would seem if the Phillies are looking to add one available peice to the roster before they head to Clearwater, Grichuk might be the perfect fit to complete their team.
