With the NFL trade deadline approaching next Tuesday, Nov. 2, the Eagles could be both making and taking calls to improve their roster.

The team has the possibility of having three first-round picks in the 2022 draft and could add more by moving some of the veterans on their current roster.

One of the players the team is getting calls on is a former first-round pick, Andre Dillard.

Dillard got to showcase his talent, filling in for Jordan Mailata, for four games at left tackle, and performed well enough to gain some interest from offensive line needy teams.

So what could the Eagles get in return for the former first-round pick?

The Eagles won't give him away, and there are scenarios where he's a part of their future, anyway. But teams believe a quality second-day pick would be enough to pry Dillard away.

Of course, one possibility is that the Eagles choose not to move Dillard.

As I have mentioned on The Sports Bash, the team could elect to keep Dillard at left tackle and move Jordan Mailata to the right side if they think current right tackle Lane Johnson is getting close to the end of the line in Philadelphia.

Johnson, 31, missed three games while dealing with mental health issues and has dealt with various knee and ankle issues that have forced him to miss time.
