Sources: Rangers and Phillies Having Dialogue about a Cole Hamels Trade

According to FOX Sports' MLB insider Jon Morosi the Rangers and Phillies are having "ongoing dialogue" about a Cole Hamels trade and that the left-hander is willing to waive his no-trade clause to pitch for the Rangers.
